Q. Is it safe to order on the Kadode Pepper website?
Yes. Our payments are handled by ‘Stripe’.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. Stripe forces HTTPS for all services, including their public website. Also, All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
Q. What payment methods can Kadode Pepper process?
‘Stripe’ accepts the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Q. How do I place an order?
At www.KadodePepper.co.uk place an order through ‘The Shop’ area of the website, browse the site and add the items to your cart. Once you have finished simply go to checkout page, confirm the items you would like to order, choose the method of delivery you would like and continue to payment. If you are happy with your order, confirm the payment and the item(s) will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Q. Can I amend my order once placed?
Get in touch with us as soon as you can after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched I’m afraid there is nothing we can do. Any additional items you would like to add to an order, please send us an email, or call us to check that your order hasn't yet left us, and we will try and get it all on one delivery.
Q. How do I know if my order has been processed correctly?
You will receive an order confirmation email and also a payment confirmation email from ‘Stripe’.
If you think you have placed an order but not received any confirmation, please contact us via email at email@example.com or on the phone 0208 985 7795.
Q. What if my order is incorrect?
If you notice there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us on 0208 985 7795 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include your order reference, and we will redress the error asap.
Q. Will I receive a delivery confirmation?
We send an email confirming shipment towards the end of the day that your parcel leaves our distribution centre. The email will let you know the items sent, the address they have been sent to, and a tracking number where applicable (nb. Tracking no. - dependant on the method of delivery selected).
Q. How much is delivery and how long will it take?
Postage and packing is all at cost. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail £3.50 and Express delivery is by courier at £6.00 for all UK mainland orders. If your order over £50.00 – delivery is free for all UK mainland customers.
Q. Can I track my order?
If you have selected "Express delivery" at checkout, your order will be sent by courier service, and you can track your order using the tracking number available upon request (if not provided sooner). If you are concerned about an order with ‘Standard delivery’, please give us a call to discuss.
Q. Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
We can ship to addresses other than the cardholder’s address, but we only ship to one address per order. If you would like items in your order to be shipped to multiple locations you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Q. Can I change my delivery address once the order has been dispatched?
If the order has already been dispatched we will be unable to redirect to another address. If you would like to change the delivery address after submitting your order, please contact us immediately via email, email@example.com or by phone on 0208 985 7795. We will do our utmost to facilitate your requirements.
